I was very pleased with the extremely ,high standard of service provided by Maxine and Leah at Watson Ramsbottom. My purchase of a new build went smoothly and I was able to exchange and complete without delay. I have used other solicitors in the past and they definitely provided a superior service in comparison. They are on top of all tasks, respond to all emails promptly and it's easy to access documents in the portal. Superb solicitors. We had Maxine and she was excellent. Incredibly fast, incredibly efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. This was a very different experience using this firm of solicitors. We were buying a new house part-exchange and our usual firm of solicitors couldn't seem to work swiftly enough to get the purchase and part-exchange through in time. So we swapped mid purchase to this solicitor who was recommended by the developer. Everything is online and through a portal, which once you get the hang of it is incredibly easy and efficient. They did the whole transaction in record time with no hassle at all. A really positive experience from this firm. We would definitely use them again. Thank you. Sam and Cathy
