From the outset, Tim and his team were able to explain and outline all aspects of making a will and setting up Power of Attorney for myself and my husband. All our questions were answered clearly and we felt completely assured that every eventuality was discussed. Every member of staff we met and Tim himself are super friendly and approachable. Team at Weir Law including, Tim, Niamh & Mark, who I dealt with were efficient and easy to communicate with, made the winding up of my late mother's estate flow without undue delays. Also the cost was very reasonable, so I felt it was value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Weir Law or deal with them for future matters if I needed solicitor.

When my late mum passed my sister and I were the executors of her estate. After speaking to several solicitors across the central belt, I decided to appoint Tim Weir from Weir Law Solicitors, 12 Fitzroy Place, Glasgow. My first contact was with Tim Weir who immediately put me at ease. After going through the relevant documentation he assigned Mark Cobain to keep me appraised with the procedure going forward. Mark was impressive throughout, a great communicator having the rare skill of encompassing professionalism, empathy and kindness with humility. His soft mannered approach in dealing with all my queries is to be commended. Nothing was too much trouble. He was also efficient in ever aspect. Mark made a daunting task work like a well oiled machine, even dealing with the tax issues. I am incredibly grateful for his sterling service and would not hesitate in recommending this independent company to any of my family and friends. I would also like to thank the team behind the scenes. I give this company 5 stars across the board. It is also important to note that their fee was significantly less than an other company that I had spoken to, Weir Law working on a set fee. Many others could learn from this company.
