Our experience of Westcotes Wills, and Rosie in particular has been absolutely first class. She invested significant time to comprehensively take us through all aspects of our process with great patience, clarity and generosity. Thereafter she was incredibly patient in accommodating our procrastination and delay, and was ready to continue when we were. In addition to being very well informed and helpful, her process is efficient, with an optimal mix of tech enabled bookings for meetings and very human screen time. This made a potentially onerous and intimidating process reassuringly clear, pleasant and affordable. We recommend them highly.

I can highly recommend Westcotes Wills. Rosie was very professional and able to answer all my queries and concerns with knowledge and considerable expertise. But even more importantly for me, she was also very friendly and approachable, made the whole process smooth and easy and was happy to explain, very patiently, anything that I didn't initially understand or needed reassurance about. Her overall service throughout the whole process was efficient, helpful and considerate at all times.

Me and my husband needed to make a will but had been putting it off for ages. Rosie was excellent. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, was patient, answered all our questions promptly and was really friendly. It can feel tricky talking about death and what you want to happen when the inevitable happens. Rosie made it easy and pain free. I would definitely recommend her to others.

When you speak with Rosie, her down to earth nature and wicked sense of humour put you completely at ease. She obviously feels at home with complex information and meets a challenge head on.
