I would not recommend I waited years for a claim. When I was offered a price they wanted to take 40% leaving me with nothing. I don’t think they deserved the 40% as it wasn’t them in the accident. Read your contract properly most places only take 25% I refused to take the offer as they don’t deserve a penny. Be careful
