5 Star! The amazing team led by Jess were instrumental in the sale of my flat and the purchase of our new home! Always easy to contact and attentive to any queries we had. Their knowledge of property law was extremely beneficial to me and put my mind at rest multiple times during the process. I would thoroughly recommend using Whitefields Solicitors to anybody considering buying or selling their property. Thank You! Jo & Mark x

I had an excellent experience working with whitefield Sollicitors specifically Omar. They were professional, efficient, and always kept me informed at every stage of the process. Communication was clear and prompt, and they handled everything with great attention to detail. I felt supported throughout, and their expertise made the transaction smooth. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable legal services. Thanks a lot Omar !!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Whitefields due to poor communication and a lack of attention to detail. They supported us with the purchase of a property and, to their credit, the sale was completed on time with no issues around money. Omar, our main contact, was always courteous and friendly. However, communication was a consistent problem. We often found it extremely difficult to reach Omar, even during critical negotiation stages, and I frequently had to chase for responses—sometimes two or three times—before receiving answers. For example, after eight months, I had to chase for the Land Registry title deed multiple times, even though it had been issued to them two months earlier. I also identified errors in documents, some of which were never fully corrected. At several points we were left in the dark about the importance of legal documents despite asking for clarification. As others have noted in their reviews, responses often felt selective. For example, after negotiating with our vendor for an indemnity policy during exchange, I chased Whitefields seven times for this with no acknowledgement.

I was recently represented by Omar Sharif in respect of the sale of a property in London. Omar was very supportive and remained calm throughout the process, which was lengthy and complicated. There were a number of issues which arose along they way but Omar was able to deal with them promptly and effectively. Whitefields really went above and beyond to help me complete the sale. I am very grateful for their input and expertise. Thank you Omar!

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Whitefields and would absolutely not recommend them. We instructed them for our simultaneous property sale and purchase, both of which nearly fell through on multiple occasions, due in large part to Whitefields. They were consistently slow to respond to our emails or undertake work. They would only partially respond to emails, answering just some of our enquiries and ignoring anything they were presumably unable to answer. Jessica was particularly unprofessional, we were always told she was unavailable to speak and she would never return our calls, despite multiple assurances from colleagues that she would. We also found them to be dishonest on more than one occasion. They would tell us that a matter had been dealt with or a correspondence sent and then we would find out from another party that this wasn’t the case. The whole process was just extremely stressful and unpleasant. Communication was poor even on exchange and completion days, when we were simply left in the dark and again, unable to speak to Jessica. The funds from the sale were not transferred to our bank account until the following Monday, and only after lots of chasing, despite completing on the Friday. Even then, errors were made meaning that Whitefields owed us money, which we only received over three weeks later. Whitefields were recommended to us by our estate agent, but we are not sure why and we absolutely would not recommend them.
