All around good experience with Jess, Amal, and Halle. They were very patient with our many questions, and always prompt with the replies to our emails and questions. After a bad experience with solicitors on a previous purchase that fell through, I went into this one anxious. Omar Sharif changed that completely. Communication was my biggest worry going in, and it turned out to be the strongest part of the service. He chased the vendor's solicitors whenever they went quiet, so things never stalled on our end. He also explained complex legal concepts in plain English, including what they'd actually mean for us, which made the whole process clear and accessible rather than something I just had to trust blindly. He knew the fine points of my purchase properly, not just the standard checklist, and the advice reflected my actual situation rather than a generic script. The whole transaction moved at a good pace with no unnecessary delays. He's my point person for any future purchases, and I've already told family and friends to use him.
