My brother used this firm to assist with his UK visa renewal, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. It has now been almost a year with no updates, no communication, and no transparency. He was never even given his GWF number, which meant he could not track the progress of his application himself. When we contacted UKVI directly, we were told that a decision should have been made months ago (back in January). To make matters worse, the person handling his case (Anita) apparently no longer works at the company — but we were never informed of this change. As a result, my brother has been left in limbo, unsure of what to do next. For a company offering immigration support, this level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. We trusted them with a very important matter, and instead we have been met with silence and confusion. I truly hope the firm takes responsibility and addresses this urgently, as no client should ever be left in such a situation.

I suppose it depends on what you’re after. I can’t fault Mudassir for his advice—he was knowledgeable and straightforward. While the process wasn’t all smooth sailing, there was always frank and open exchange that ultimately resulted in a family matter being resolved. It’s worth noting that legal services aren’t always there to be nice, and I think that’s at the crux of some of the criticism. They provided good, well-meaning advice while also being open to taking direction when necessary. I’ve deducted one star because I had to remind them of the importance of maintaining diplomatic relations while still challenging the applicant. That said, we eventually reached a solid agreement. As for costs, I found them to be very upfront and fairly priced, which was appreciated.

Mr Mohammed Ali Khan was an absolute legend. Made me feel comfortable during a time of very high stress, his expertise and experience are invaluable. Fantastic law firm, friendly reception team. Definitely recommend and will use the firm again and Mr Khan if I ever find myself needing his services again. Thank you

I have made a formal complaint to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority about Tamina Akram. She was the Senior Partner at another firm of solicitors (HST and Berkeley Solicitors) that suddenly stopped trading. My money has vanished and the SRA Investigator (K.Stevens) is looking into her conduct. You have been warned. BTW I am a registered GP. I am shocked that another firm of Solicitors would employ her.
