This is my review of my experience of using Neil Whittet Estate Agency in the purchase of my home. A deeply disappointing experience for me I'm afraid. Did I employ his "services"? - Yes. Did I feel like my custom was valued? - No I didn't Was I happy with his performance? - Not in the least. Do I wish I'd went somewhere else? - Most definitely. Would I use him ever again? - Not even if Hell freezes over. Would I recommend him to anyone else? - Definitely not.

This estate agent needs to be more pro active...expecting customers to "manage their account" isnt my idea of customer care...If you request a viewing I dong expect an email 3 days later!
