Over the last few years following the death of my husband and helping my daughter with a divorce I have had to dispense with the services of several firms of solicitors for sheer incompetence , overcharging and lack of care. I say this as a retired solicitor though neither probate or divorce law were my specialty, but I know when something is wrong. So it has been an enormous relief and pleasure to meet Mr Whitworth who has drawn up my will and advised me on other aspects relating to trusts etc. What a contrast. I met him at his office and he took time and great care to listen to what I wanted and then advised me as how best to achieve it. Then he did the work, not delegating it to someone without his experience. It was done promptly sent to me to check and then I went to the office again to sign it. His staff are very friendly and pleasant too which is always a good indication. His invoice was very fair and reasonable bearing in mind the amount of work he did and his competence. In short I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. He cares about his clients and you will receive excellent advice. It is an enormous relief to know everything is in order when the inevitable happens. You will have peace of mind.

We were very pleased with the service that David Whitworth gave us. We thought we might have complicated wills but David saw it as straight forward and made things very clear and understandable. Samantha Taylor was an excellent support to me in processing my Uncle’s Estate. She kept me regularly updated and was made clear to me my role as Executor. I could not recommend Whitworth Law highly enough. I was recommended to David Whitworth myself and he certainly was every bit as professional, clear, knowledgeable and engaged as I had hoped. I really felt he listened to my needs and requirements for the work that I required him to carry out for me.
