This second got off the phone to this company. I asked the female who picked up the phone if I was able to read a statement to help me find the correct department to be told "no sorry I don't have time for that" and then before I could even say "thankyou anyways", I was met with "OK goodbye" and the phone put down. Terrible service and just rudeness beyond compression.

A barrister for this firm tried prosecuting me maliciously on behalf of the CPS and they lost the case. I put in a formal complaint and received a passive aggressive response.
