My first meeting with Abu was a complete waste of time. I waited over an hour and received no help or guidance. After leaving the above review, Reema contacted me by phone instead of email, even though we already had an email thread. During the call, she tried to exploit my vulnerable situation and put me in a position that felt like a trap. The service remained unprofessional, and I still did not receive the support I needed.
