I got in contact with this firm and at first they were very good. However as soon as they saw they helped a little they completely closed my case without informing me. My case wasn’t finished in fact I am in a worser situation than I was in before getting this firm involved. Without my consent Momtaz closed my case and refused to further help when she in fact told me she wouldn’t close my case till after Christmas, she closed my case in November and I just only today received the closing letter. This is a very unprofessional firm and I strongly suggest to use other firms first as I feel this firm is unethical.
