Don’t take my word for it. See other reviews for this “company”. They are great until someone dies and then they are rude, arrogant and don’t want to know. Terrible service and not even proper solicitors!!!! Please think before using these people for the sake of your loved ones left behind!!!! They have entered my mums property and emptied the lot. They have disposed of sentimental memories that I would have liked to have kept and pass around the family. Stuff that was my dad’s the whole lot gone. As if it wasn’t bad enough losing my mother. Didn’t even bother to notify us of what they were doing. Everything gone. I’m totally gutted I’ve got mental health problems and this has knocked me like a ton of bricks. There was stuff there that had no money value but should remain within the family if I could give them minus I certainly would disgusting behaviour from them. My mother wasn’t even mentally capable of making that will when she did. This company is appalling!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the worst professional experiences of my life. If I could give them a zero star review I would. Despite signing power of attorney documents TWICE they failed to process the paperwork properly. Shortly after that time my Mother had a stroke and it was never able to be fixed. While I don't live in the UK I travelled back frequently to be there for my Mother. Despite being her daughter the Will Centers incompetence and negligence prevented me from being power of attorney on her behalf, I will never forgive them for denying me that right. It's was only upon filing a complaint with the Solicitors Regulation Authority that we discovered that they are not Solicitors. Avoid doing any business with this company at all costs.

Helpful, professional and efficient. Updated our wills on the Tuesday and, due to my husband’s work commitments overseas, they were ready for signing on the Friday. Highly recommend.

I had to give a star unfortunately. Avoid these fly by nights at all costs! They're as much use as a hole in the head, unprofessional, rude and incapable of acting professionally. They were very willing to help up until the point when my mum told them they wouldn't be involved in the conveyancing of my nan's house. My mum has since been treated and spoken/emailed to appallingly while trying to deal with everything that comes with the death of a loved one. In my mum's case, it was her mother. The emails received have been rude, blunt and lacking in any compassion or respect. They also sent out incorrect documents to be filled in as well as 'forgetting' to send others. They then blamed my mum for the hold up in acquiring probate and as the person dealing with it only worked an hour or so twice a week, my mum was left in the dark. She called their office one day and was told, in no uncertain terms, never to call them, to do everything via email. The person then hung up. Avoid them at all costs!!!

Top class service from a local company that know their Onions. I had my Will done here 10 years ago and it has never been any trouble to update it when my situation has changed. Would highly recommend this company for all your Will writing needs.
