I used Williams and Co as conveyancing solicitors for a house purchase. They were functional in the process but failed to highlight some key issues. Their failure to flag these to me and ask certain questions, resulted in delays and increased costs to the development of the property. I will not be using them again.

Terrible service. Ignoring emails also ignored phone calls. I had to do most of the leg work myself which really doesn’t help with the stress of selling or buying a house or flat. Eg I had to call the management group multiple times which was indeed their job not mine. Also this services incurred me extra cost due to the bad slow service of about £750! (Storage costs, extra service costs, all bills etc) as they didn’t make the completion date. DO NOT USE!

Very poor service , did not keep me updated , ror respond to calls or emails . This solicitor was appointed by good move property purchasers and I did not get the impression they had my back .

I have had many experiences with conveyance Sols. the past and i have to say WILLIAMS and Co have managed my accounts thus far with impeccable professionalism and skill. I have found Kieron, Heather and ALL of the other staff polite with a determination to overcome the many obstacles presented. The 'NONSENSE' about certification for free light and air was explained to me simply which demonstrated how protocols imposed have to be addressed by conveyance solicitors .... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ....
