ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT (KEIGHLEY BRANCH) I have just won a custody case (representing myself) because of overwhelming support from social services and other professionals. However this company represented my ex and I must say that they had absolutely no concept or reality of what was best for the children. Documents were incomplete and sent to the wrong court, whilst other important time sensitive documents were not sent at all!! Key information was not even passed from solicitor to barrister, which meant all questioning in front of the judge, looked completely amateurish and everyone on opposing team left red faced. Even though the outcome would probably been the same, I feel my ex was given such poor advice and false expectation….and this has had a massive impact on her. Avoid at all costs!!!
