After calling a couple of other firms, my wife and I chose Portcullis to help us with our will and I'm so pleased we went with them. Portcullis were recommended to my wife and I by our financial advisor as we needed to arrange lasting power of attorney (PoA). We made an appointment to see Trevor and are delighted we did so. As with wills, PoA is something you could arrange yourselves but there are pitfalls which we have avoided due to Trevor’s invaluable advice. Everything is explained in layman’s terms and Trevor is very genuine has a very easy manner. We have visited the Plymstock office twice (initial appointment and follow up to review and sign documents) and were made very welcome both times and nothing was ever rushed even allowing for a couple of football chats (a shared love). We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Portcullis for your legal requirements.

Way back before the pandemic my family and I took some advice from Trevor which has proved to be invaluable. We discussed and arranged my parents wills and also agreed to set up a trust for their house which has proved to be invaluable in current circumstances.
