I first contracted Wimbledon solicitors in Oct 2018 regarding my immigration issue having been referred by a friend. Before this i had gone from one immigration firm to another over a period of 9 years. ( having been with 7 different immigration firms, 9 failed applications and 2 separate occasions in a detention centre not to mention the thousands of pounds I had spent) At this point I was so frustrated but just reluctantly decided to give it one more go after much persuasion. Wimbledon Solicitors took me on and Selva Navaratnarajah was my case worker. However, this was different as for the first time i felt that someone actually saw me, cared about my case regardless of the long immigration history. Selva took time to listen to me, go through my case step by step, did all the required legal stuff with due diligence, put my case together then explained to me the kind of application I needed to make for case I had. In the months that followed, she was on top of all the correspondence the Home Office, we even had to go through and appeal however in all this, Selva also kept good communication, informed and explained to me what all the legal stuff language meant. Within just a year on the 16th Oct 2019 my application was accepted. I can’t find the words to thank Wimbledon Solicitors enough especially my case Worker Selva for the dedication, diligence, professionalism and all the hard work she did to make this happen for me.
