I had a very bad experience with this legal office. They arranged a Farsi-speaking interpreter for me who, instead of translating, tried to forcefully impose their personal beliefs on me. They were also supposed to contact me several times before my interview, which they never did, and this caused me a great deal of stress. The Home Office gave me a short deadline to submit my documents, and unfortunately, despite emailing Ms. Rukhsar, I never received any response. I was eventually forced to seek help elsewhere and pay for additional assistance

Rukhsar is the most professional solicitor I have ever had, within few weeks she was able to remove the no recourse to public funds from my visa. Even though I had no chance succeeding against the might of Home office. She's kind, polite and puts the extra hours in to ensure you get the right result.
