DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is, without question, the most incompetent claims handling company I have ever encountered. They initially present themselves as efficient and helpful, quickly arranging a replacement vehicle to create a false sense of security. This is purely a tactic. My accident occurred in 2023, was entirely non-fault. Despite this, the company took almost three years to progress the claim. Due to their gross mishandling, lack of legal understanding, and poor case management, the matter was eventually taken to court and lost as a direct result of their failures — not the merits of the claim. I have consequently suffered a total financial loss of my vehicle and its full value. Throughout the process, the company consistently deflected responsibility, blamed third parties, and relied on excuses to mask their absence of competence, structure, and professional accountability. Their conduct demonstrates a complete disregard for the financial and legal impact their actions have on clients. Engaging this company exposes you to serious financial risk. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away
