We used Wolferstans in a property purchase that fell through in the end owing to issues purely on the seller’s side. Pauline Anning dealt with sale and purchase of my houses and I couldn't recommend her and her team more. Her and her team were always on hand to deal with, what were at times, complex issues. They were always quick to respond and to get on with what needed to be done. Customer service and professionalism were impeccable, as was their attitude and advice. I have recently moved ourselves and my parents to new houses. The move was to ensure that my parents who are elderly were closer to us. The timing of the transactions was important to us in order for us to maximise the support that we could give to my parents during the move.
