We were recommended this service and decided to engage them for the sale of our property and the purchase of a new home. From the start they were very proactive sending through all the documentation quickly and efficiently. We were able to telephone them at any time for help and advice. We were treated with courtesy and nothing was too much trouble. Even better when you are newbies! Their friendly and immediate response was a breath of fresh air. We consider this company to provide an excellent service and charges to match. Everything is followed through to the very end. Wolferstans have been great to work with throughout the conveyancing process. Samantha Loveridge was always professional, fast to respond and did a great job at chasing everything up. Communication was good and it was a pleasure to work with her. The cost of the service was fantastic when compared to qoutes from other firms. I'd recommend to anyone.

The service experience I experienced from Samantha Loveridge in completing the sale of our barn. Nothing was to much trouble and she was always available to answer questions. She also was exemplar at chasing the seller's solicitors who were very slow. She fully understood our priorities and I really felt she was working with us to achieve the result

All my husband and I can say about Suzie Walker at Wolferstans Solicitors is amazing. She went above and beyond what we expected. Not only was she thorough, but efficient and extremely friendly. The process for moving house is not easy, and our road was extremely long and stressful but Suzie was there every step of the way showing her expertise and giving us so much support and advice, we do not think we would ever have reached the end if it wasn’t for her. Thank you does not seem enough for someone who has done so much for us and who has had to contend with so much, but thank you again to you and your team for all that you did for us.
