I had a very disappointing experience with Wollens Solicitors, specifically with Cheryl Bolt. Communication was extremely poor — I often struggled to get updates or answers to basic questions about my case. Despite paying their fees promptly, I felt ignored and unsupported throughout the process. Eventually, I received a letter stating they would cease acting for me, with little explanation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to others. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more responsive and professional legal support.

When we first contacted Liz with the issue before us, it was pretty daunting, but we were convinced that something had to be done, especially when the health authority didn't acknowledge any "learning" from their investigations, and as such, others could experience similar problems when in their care. Liz put us at ease from that first contact and it was like discussing the situation with an old friend, albeit in this case a very knowledgeable old friend. We have been kept informed at every stage and although we have never met Liz or Catherine they have prompted us and kept us informed at all times. When you are faced with a dilemma it's good to know that you can depend on the caring approach that Liz and Catherine offer at Wollens.

Wollens (and particularly Craig Smith) are fantastic. A reliable and robust firm with client care at the very epicentre of their work. I truly cannot recommend Craig Smith or Wollens highly enough. Although signage at the new Exeter office is essential asap. It’s at the moment incredibly difficult to find.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Wollens. We dealt specifically with Mark Iddles and Jodie Everard, both whom are so friendly, polite, professional and approachable - all of which made the whole drawn out process of house sale and purchase a lot easier to deal with. They had some awkward moments in the process to deal with on our behalf and managed the whole thing brilliantly. Add to that the very competitive price as well for such transactions. If you are looking for honest and reliable then please be assured that this company will do what they say and when they say. Mark & Jodie - THANK YOU.

Sent an email enquiry but didn’t get a response. Followed it up with an on line chat saying I’d had no response. I was promised someone would get back to me. They didn’t. Hopeless.
