You’ll be able to make your own honest appraisal of this firm if you watch Andrew Parsons - Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson Southampton on BBC iPlayer on 9th and 10th May 2024 explaining to the Post Office Horizon IT Scandal Inquiry why he thinks that Alan Bates (Sub-Postmaster) has a “somewhat loose relationship with the truth” and why he recommended that the Post Office speak to its insurers rather than send a formal written notice ‘so as not to leave a paper trail’. When did the gap between the law and good moral values become such a yawning chasm?
