Nic Dino and his team once again did a fantastic job for the sale of my house. This was probably my 3rd house sale/buy through Nic in the last 10 years. Nic guided me through each step, protected my interests and pushed back unacceptable requests from the Buyer's solicitor. and patiently explained risks for any agreement i would like to make. I am very happy with the services from Woodfines Cambridge. I'd give more than 5 stars review to Nic Dino.

Nicola and everyone I dealt with at Woodfines were amazing. It was third time lucky with my house sale in end after two failed process due to issues on buyers side. Nicola pulled out all the stops to ensure my house closed the day before my wedding which was a tight deadline. Throughout this stressful process Nicola was always really responsive, friendly and helpful. No conveyancer I have used in the past has ever been this responsive so am so happy I was lucky in finding Woodfines and Nicola. Thanks so much Nicola!

We have used Nic Dino at Woodfines Solicitors for our recent sale and buying our new home. We have used him a few times and he has never failed us. We have always been impressed at how quickly he hits the ground running as soon as he’s been instructed. He out did himself on the last occasion as we exchanged and completed in FOUR WEEKS! He really took the stress out of buying and the selling. He kept us informed and updated throughout the whole process, he responded to emails and telephones calls promptly and if he was not in the office Nicola Burden was always on hand to get back to us. I would highly recommend Nic to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property. He is professional yet so approachable , no questions were too stupid, and his explanations and information were understandable. Definitely highly recommended!

Not put off by this, Nic achieved everything that needed doing to get property to market without delay.
