I worked with Sofia for the Probate and Inheritance Tax arrangements for my mum’s estate. From the very beginning, Sofia was kind, understanding, compassionate and very professional. I had called other well-known chain solicitors in Oxford, and was left feeling cold when I called for a quote, especially as this was for my mum, but Sofia stood out immediately. She processed everything smoothly and promptly, whilst also outlining the process simply at every stage. I can’t recommend Sofia’s services enough, especially if like me you have felt a lack of personalisation or compassion from the larger law firms where you are just a client number.
