I'm very grateful to Leanne & Rebecca for their help and perseverance with an unusual change of borrower application which the mortgage lender seemed determined to make as difficult as possible. 2 other firms were reluctant to act but I tried WSP after receiving a recommendation and am very glad I did!

It was a pleasant experience working with my solicitors during the process of sale and purchase of properties. There were many moments I was not sure what I was supposed to be doing, but they were so supportive and helpful, didn't mind answering all my basic questions. The email exchange was usually very quick, just like doing a chat on the phone, unless they are on holidays. I have no hesitation in recommending Sue Taylor and WSP following a recent property sale. Sue was incredibly professional and supportive in what became a difficult transaction, trying to sell two properties simultaneously. Practically, Sue and her colleague, Sam Warner, were always available and very responsive in answering calls and emails. Sue also lead me through, and explained clearly, some difficult legal matters.
