Also a good listener, a warm person, and very effective at getting at the main point of a subject. I've spent £millions on property lawyers in London in my time. Always very good. But always very expensive. Now I've moved to the North West, I'm glad to have met Arzoo

I would like to thank Salim Kuraishe for all of his hard work in my immigration matter. He always explained everything to me and was polite. He worked very hard and I received a positive response in my asylum claim and appeal. am very grateful to him and WTB Solicitors. He is a hard working person and very good for WTB. I will tell all of my friends about him.

I recently witnessed how Leah Aldred treated my friend during a legal aid case, and I was deeply disturbed by the experience. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and marked by a condescending tone. It was genuinely upsetting to see someone who was seeking support be made to feel small and belittled in such a vulnerable setting. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable from anyone in a legal position, especially when dealing with individuals in need of legal aid. Clients deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and empathy, regardless of their circumstances. I hope appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that no one else has to go through a similar experience

I had contact this company without reading any of the reviews. Once I read the reviews I became, unintentially anxious, which was unnecessary. Jonathan Starr and Daniel Kilbel handled my case professionally, quickly and reliably. To say they were a god send while I was in my moment of disaster would be an understatement. Jonathan began by listening to me with ease and understand. He was VERY upfront and honest with me and I appriciate it. He was clever abd strategic everything you want from a solicitor. Daniel, once again, poliet and cautious but always best to be these things in the legal field. They helped me and guided me through the process very professionally. I am very grateful to them and the team at WTB Solicitors. I found tge receptionists really lovely and helpful as well. Thank you guys for a great outcome all round.

Absolutely shockingly unprofessional service from Leah Aldred a trainee here, and Jonathan Starr who claimed.to be her supervisor took zero accountability for her lack of professionalism, rudeness and sarcasm, he wasnt interested in understanding what had transpired, he was arrogant, and spoke down to me like I was nothing, he is not smarter, or better than me just because I am seeking legal services, he made several completely false statements, and actually threatened me if I left a review. I have a very concerning call recording, definitely not reputable, avoid this practise, you will regret using them if you dont. Jonathan Starr also threatened to retaliate if I left him negative review, which i have been informed is a serious breach of conduct set out by the SRA
