Thanks to Danielle for the work on my first purchase, it was useful to have a local firm you can contact easily and also offering face to face meeting before exchange and completion to discuss anything needed. Fees were extremely competitive, less than many other firms. I would happily use Wyeth & Paul Law Associates again.

The solicitors provided both a probate service and a house sale. Lack of communication did cause concern on a few occasions, always felt my concerns and questions were not handled well. Some actions were promised but didn't materialise. on the positive side, the work was carried out well and was completed to my satisfaction.

We used the firm for the transfer of a house to the daughter post-probate. At no stage was I offered a face-to-face interview and this led to some confusion over the terms of the transfer. Having said that, the daughter's solicitor made the same assumptions so perhaps they're all the same ?? The representative I dealt with was friendly and efficient though not very pro-active. Fee level was competitive in comparison with other quotes.

Bought and sold using Wyeth and Paul conveyancing. The service I received was outstanding. All staff work in the office and not from home and so are easily contactable and respond quickly to any questions. Their professionalism and assistance in pushing through both sales were exceptional and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them. Special mention to Andrew Paul and Anita, who made the whole conveyancing process as stress free as possible.
