We recently bought our first property together, with Wyllie and Henderson as our solicitors. My partner used Ian's services in selling his previous property in Perth. We were so impressed with the service that we continued with the firm in the purchase of our property, despite this being in Glasgow. We were very grateful for Grant's services with our subsequent purchase. Within the various stresses of selling and buying a property, we really appreciated the full confidence in the team that their service gave us, and knowing this was in the most competent hands. We were so grateful for the thoroughness, efficiency, explanation and the level of communication with us. We also felt that the fees were very reasonable for what was a really outstanding service.

As an estate agent, I've known Ian and his team at WH for a number of years. Have always found him to be very transparent, quick to respond and an all round pleasure to deal with.
