I used Xcelentra’s services for three tax years. For the first two years, when I was an expat and due a refund, the experience was fair. They handled my returns well and charged a 15% fee on the refund amount. The third year was more complicated, as I moved midway through the tax year and changed from expat to non‑expat status. I contacted them only a few days before the deadline, and they agreed to take it on for a one‑time fee. Unfortunately, the experience overall was very disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the process, the calculations did not seem accurate, and despite requesting a call multiple times, I kept receiving the same generic email responses which I could google out myself. Overall, while my initial experience was positive, the final year left me dissatisfied, and I will not be using their services again.

Very nice services . They take care of everything and inform you about your refunds although charging 15 % is little extra but services are really appreciated.
