I used XYZ for the sale of my property, specifically Mohammad Nathanie and what I can tell you is that i've never had a better experience with a solicitor. He literally did not put a foot wrong, answering emails swiftly and getting everything done promptly. My buyers solicitors were the absolute worst and Mohammad never stopped fighting to get my sale over the line. The buyers Solicitors were Open Law. Please avoid. They lie non stop to delay proceedings. Our sale was via auction (searches done ahead of time) cash buyer and no chain. It should've taken at most 6 weeks to complete and it has taken over 3 months because of their constant delaying tactics. But, back to XYZ. I paid less than 700 pounds for their services. It's incredible that such a fantastic service can be that cheap. I massively recommend them (Ask for Mohammad!)

Thank you XYZ law for helping me with the process of buying and selling my home. Especially Honey. She was very professional, was always responsive to my emails and calls. Communication was 10/10. This really stood out for me as it reassured me everything was running smoothly. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for previous experience I had with another firm which was highly stressful. I highly recommend using this firm. Our solicitor Monika Galuszka is by far THE BEST solicitor in the UK! She was our case handler on both purchase and sell. Our house transaction was nothing but difficult and took a long time, but we would’ve never completed if it wasn’t for Monika. She has been chasing other parties daily, giving us updates and keeping in the loop. She works very hard and her work ethic is amazing. She really cares about her clients.. thanks Monika!
