Ya & Co Solicitors

I was recommended YA & Co Solicitors for their expertise with Islamic mortgages. They handled the sale of my property professionally from start to finish, including helping the buyer's solicitors who weren't familiar with how Islamic mortgages work. Communication was good throughout and they kept me informed at every stage. I'd highly recommend them and plan to use them again for any future purchases or sales.

Tried calling throughout the weekday and nobody seems to answer the phone. This is not convenient, especially if you have a busy schedule. I once decided to go in person as I wanted to get my documents straight and I could hear the phone being rung numerous times but nobody picked up. It's obvious someone is in the room as they told me to sit and wait outside. The professionalism isn't there in this place and i have been using them for two years. They are slightly more expensive than other solicitors but I would rather stick to someone more professional with more experience. Decided to go to a solicitor in Manningham and wouldn't look back twice. Cheaper, more professional and delighted and alot more experience as they've been around for 30+ years.

I switched to Ya & Co partway through a property transaction, and they couldn’t have been better. They fast-tracked the entire process and consistently responded promptly to all my queries. The best solicitors I’ve worked with — I would definitely recommend them for any property matters.
