Found Zenco online offering Power of Attorney for just £99 opposed to crazy prices quoted by solicitors (£450). Obviously, bring a legal document, I was apprehensive about doing it myself, but Zenco were brilliant - thru sent me the documents by post with little stickers in telling me exactly where to sign so I didn’t get it wrong. They also sent step by step guidance which was brilliant as it is all a bit confusing. Once signed (by several people) I sent it back to them & they checked it & submitted it for me. You pay a bit extra also to get a POA certificate, but only about £60. I did two - the health POA & finance POA, so paid twice - but both were less than the price of one with a solicitor & it removed the fear of getting it wrong. My queries were answered promptly by Sam who was very reassuring & spoke English opposed to legal language! I was a little weary of doing such an important thing online but so glad I did. Received the POA doc’s back all done - it takes about 5 months - so not a quick process, but this is anywhere. I’d definitely recommend Zenco for your POA.

I have done LPA for both health and finance had one set of papers through but nothing else, rang up and they said they would sort it but nothing been done, beginning to get suspicious

I had my first appointment with Martin in September and chose the check and send LPA package for both Health and Welfare and Property and Finance. Martin was polite, friendly and easy to understand. Throughout the process I would receive emails informing me of what was happening. It's now just over 15 weeks since that first telephone appointment with Martin and I have received all confirmation of the LPA's being registered with the Office of the Public Guardian and receiving all the paperwork. Thank you Zenco and Martin. I would not hesitate in recommending you to friends and relatives or using your services again.

Fantastic service and easy to follow. Documents arrived quickly and every step is explained in layman’s terms. Joshua was a pleasure to speak to and even gave me his personal mobile number should I need his help throughout the process. Don’t go anywhere else!!
