Please read small print. I paid £124 for what I thought was the LPA and extra to have the documents checked. All went well till I received a message from the government office to say that I needed to pay £92 to finalise the documents. I looked at the reviews on trust pilot 4 & 5 stars. I will never use trust pilot again. BEWARE. Please people do not use Zenco or be guided by Trust pilot.

Cannot use. I do not have a land line as many don't only mobile nowadays. But could not continue. Pity Zennor is so out of date.

I spoke to a nice gentleman called Mathew at Zenco legal. He answered all my questions politely and with gentleness at this most troubling time. My wife's recently diagnosed illness has made it imperative that we have a LPA in place. So far things have gone ok. I chose to use the Premium service as there is less messing about with postage. Many thanks Mathew and Zenco legal.
