Amal has been incredibly helpful in assisting with corporation tax and confirmation statements this year. Tried to set up a consultation meeting then calls my mobile whilst we are waiting on the zoom to say he needs to reschedule, after not showing up for the call at the time agreed. Very unprofessional. I am sure you are able to tell clients beforehand if a meeting needs to be moved - that’s usually the professional norm.
