As a new business owner the team at Alchemy Accountancy have been great, from the initial call to through to the onboarding process. They explain everything in terms that doesn’t feel overwhelming and taking time to explain things clearly which is the service I was looking for when choosing an accountancy firm. Communication is always prompt and friendly, and I truly feel like a valued client. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional accounting service!

Getting the right accountant was vital for us when we started our business - we’d done a lot of research but we needed someone who could help guide us through the setup process, support us through our first year trading, and answer a million "why's that?" questions whilst we found our feet. It was clear from the first call with Alchemy that they were the right people for us. Craig outlined exactly how they could help, their fees are fair and clear, and we loved that their focus was businesses in the creative field - so fit our needs perfectly. One we signed up, we were assigned Nick as our lead accountant, who has been absolutely brilliant ever since - helpful, friendly and patient (even after all my questions!). We always know where we’re at, they understand that due to the nature of our business we might not always be available, but there’s always someone at the end of an email/call when we need them. The more we’ve learnt in our first year in business, the more it’s clear that accountancy is complex - but with Alchemy it’s all made super-simple for us. They’ve been an important part of our success so far, and will be for the for years to come.

My experience with Alchemy Accountancy has been excellent. Craig has been great, the switch over from my previous accountant was effortless and Craig took care of everything. The app used by Alchemy is also very useful and allows me to keep track of everything in a simple format even I can understand. Craig is always on hand and is quick to respond if I have any queries. Having dealt with an accountant in the past who didn't respond, moving over to Alchemy has taken a weight off my shoulders. Would thoroughly recommend, and I have done to colleagues who have already started to switch over.

Since August my husband and I have been with Alchemy Accountancy for our photography business. Craig initially took our call and took the time to answer all of our questions. We never felt any question was too small and they really help you to learn the correct way to do things with seemingly unlimited patience! Craig then passed us over to Mulenga who is always on hand to help and has already transformed the way we handle accountancy and tax. We have felt looked after at every step ever since! We highly recommend and have no reservation whatsoever about this amazing company. Thank you guys!
