If I could give 0 stars I would. This firm is awful. My partner was with them for 6 months in which they messed up multiple asylum appointments leading to us spending £100s on travel fairs for nothing. They also went against data protection and sent someone else’s files and claim to my personal email with extremely personal information and not my partners. I made a complaint 2 months ago and they now ignore my calls. Very unprofessional! Make you pay upfront and then dodge your calls and do not respond. Failed to deliver there service and no money back! DONT GO TO THIS FIRM!! I will be taking them to court as they are not safe guarding information as they say!

The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and Untrustworthy service i have ever had!! These people were quick to take 1800£ from me and never delivered any service on my case. When i asked for a refund they have continued to ignore me till date. Once they took the money we never heard from them about the case. Honesty i don't know how law firms like this operate legally in the UK without any oversight on their activities. My daughter has been calling their phones for months now and everytime they hear her voice they say they will get back to her and never pick her calls again. Is that not scamming?..something has to be done about the nefarious activities of this firm. Take my experience as a lesson

Honestly, they don’t deserve a star. I’d give a -5 if I could! Don’t even bother!! They’re great at selling it to you but can’t do what they promise. Take your money fast! Then never there to take your call or email you back!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! I’m Australian, married to an Englishman, you would think it’s an easy process but nope, once proven who I am and am not a criminal, a year later I’ve had to withdraw my application to go back to Australia to work & survive. Keep your money & do it yourself! DISGUSTING. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

Absolutely appalling service and company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We applied and paid for immigration/visa application with this company back in October 23 we were passed around like a hot potato with there lawyers we had many different lawyers and all had very poor communication, failed to put in application in on time,you had to ring to push to get answers, given wrong information ,not informed about changes of lawyers. We were also told wrong or miss leading information. We also had to deal with lawyers who didn't seem to have a clue or any concern for thier clients. For example lawyers who went away or unable to help us so we were passed on without knowledge to another lawyer. complete waste of money and time they destroy a family with two special needs young adult.
