Very disappointing. I misguidedly thought that because they were a local business, they would provide a good service. However the estate agent department display a low level of professionalism and commercial acumen. They don’t respond when contacted by solicitor, and have proved reluctant to engage - hard to see how they can sell any property.

We called their office in Colinton to make appointment to get a will done. We chose them because they were close to our office. On day of appointment, the receptionist was not very helpful and informed me that wills were done at their Buckstone office. When i asked for directions. she didn't know. or give me an address. We were not told this at the time. We are going to another company as was not impressed with their customer service or professionalism.

Poor service I am having to chase them up and been over 2weeks and still not even done anything. Left and went to use another solicitor
