The absolute worst. The most difficult know all, poorest communicating law firm I have ever encountered. My possession order took months and months - I got better updates from the courts than I did from the solicitors and only when I received an update from the courts they suddenly found the post or correspondence - they seem to deliberately slow down your submission pack. I had an awful experience and had to remove one of the paralegals off my case for the boss to take over who was even worse.
