After two purchases where I have not been lucky with a solicitor to give us an adequate answers but somehow managed to get us through a completion we have come. to Low blacks. As there is a saying third time lucky. I was very pleased with the knowledge , expertise and professionalism that Will Ashton has provided for our lease hold flat purchase. That was the first time we used the company. Second time naturally went back for our fifth purchase. Again lease hold flat. Clare Brattan and Natalie Leece showed a great professionalism and great response to all of our questions and concerns. No doubt we are looking forward to working with them again. Very highly recommend to anyone dealing with properties. Keep the great work guys. My money spent with them were worth any pennies.
