I’ve used Blacks Solicitors for several property purchases and have worked closely with Rebecca Skeets and Echo Steed throughout. They’re fantastic to deal with. They’re exceptionally responsive – if you email with a query or issue, you almost always hear back the same day. I’ve rarely experienced that level of service with other conveyancers. They’re also very pragmatic and commercial in their approach. When issues come up, they focus on finding solutions and getting the transaction completed, which is hugely appreciated when you’re buying property.
