Not great. Reception team very unprofessional & always incorrectly providing information to the wrong teams. Clients were also unimpressed by the initial interaction. I had many letters mis-scanned and someone called James Sugden at front desk being rude to my clients in audit.

Really difficult to get hold of these guys. I have been trying to sort this issue for 6 months now and it's a case of constantly chasing them up as they promise to do a task but then let you down because someone is on holiday or not available. A minimum 12 month timescale is needed for any job. I am calling the main number now and no answer despite it continually ringing.

I recently joined AMS as a client and have had the pleasure of working with Aisha. She is very approachable and always ready to answer any questions I had, making complex financial matters easy to understand. More recently she has supported me and my business partners in the acquisition of our new dental practice and we would highly recommend Aisha to anyone in need of reliable accounting support.

Very poor service from Chadwick's. Very dissatisfied customer. No communication. Unprofessional behaviour. Fobbed off. I very much doubt the IT malfunction had anything to do with the lack of payroll services. I should have been contacted, not matter what. It should not have been down to me to chase frantically about trying to contact the office, now shut for over a week. If it was as bad as they say, why did AMS not know anything about it when I called and spoke to Hafsar, she should have already known and be able to advise me. If it was that bad, a message should have been put on the out of office answer phone message, to allay the fears to the many companies wondering why their payroll wasn't provided. I can't help that the Christmas break and the IT fault (if there was one!) interferes with the provision of payroll services. That is what I pay for. The late payment FPS, doesn't reflect on the accountants who do it, it comes down to the individual businesses. Who pays the late penalty fee? It won't be me. How many other businesses have been affected? I'm sure with such a large company as Chadwick's, I can't have been the only company whose payroll has been affected. Are all the other companies going to have late payment FPS against them? Despite the Christmas break, the IT failure, whatever! payroll services should be provided in a timely fashion. Someone needs to go into work and complete their duty / what I pay for. My staff work hard all year and want/ need/ deserve to be paid. I'm appalled at the total lack of care and cavalier approach taken to supporting my business. You have my phone number, please call me. In comparison the accounting services I receive from Crossfields, Glossop are and have always been exemplary. If payroll was run from there as it used to be, this would not have happened, because they care about their clients.
