We have been supported by Armstrong Watson for over 12 years and they are the absolutely fantastic. Our accountant, Grant Smith, who is a Partner, has really taken the time to get to know and understand our business, as well as us personally. The support, advice and service we have received has been beyond professional and we are better off as a business financially, structurally and professionally as a result. I couldn't recommend them and Grant high enough. They have been with us through bad times and good and are an integral part of our business and are far more than just an accountant.

Extremely unhelpful. 150 GBP of deposit lost due to Armstrong Watson inactivity when they were administering SafeGlaze. Was getting only unhelpful generic responses to my e-mails. I eventually got "helpful" one after months when it was not useful anymore.

Tried to contact them repeatedly recently for some corporate tax advice. Was told someone would contact me, waited a week and nothing. Called back, was told they'd put me on to someone right then - but their system disconnected me and hung up. Now their phone system doesn't even seem to be active at all - just get one ring and then silence. Certainly won't be trying again.

Went to the bistro amazing staff. Food absolutely gorgeous. So friendly, would highly recommend.
