I recently used Bankfield Heath Solicitors for my Spouse Visa application, and the service provided by Steve Foley and his team was exceptional. This is the fourth time my husband and I have relied on their expertise, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Steve’s attention to detail is unmatched; he meticulously reviewed every aspect of my application to ensure its success. He was always available to answer my questions and responded to all emails promptly, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the process. I am incredibly grateful that my visa has been granted and I can finally join my husband in the UK. I will certainly be returning to Steve for my visa extension when the time comes.

I very highly recommend these solicitors. What I have experienced from them is professionalism, politeness, efficiency and friendliness. Steve have been super amazing taking time to explain everything and not at any point did I need to chase them which is one thing I experienced with other solicitors. Wonderful service indeed .

Changing my review as I believe it is how issues are handled and rectified by an organisation that better reflects them. Was 1 star but now 4 as they have immediately reached out to me to put things right. Thank you and, that probably reflects more accurately the level of service that this company would provide. Poor experience. The replied promptly to my email to book a telephone appointment. The day before, they called to say the solicitor wasnt available and it had to be at the new time they proposed. I said I wasnt available, and they said it had to be that time. When I asked them to cancel it, the suddenly "found" another appointment time. The day before, they called again to say it had to be moved, and gave me a time that I couldnt do. Again, they said the solicitor was very busy and that it had to be the new time. They didnt offer me any other times, so I had to cancel.
