I had to consult with Bauer & Cottrell regarding the IR35 status of one of my contracts, and the service they provided was immaculate, with super fast responses, and full support, including assessment, contract templates, and many revisions until the contract was as watertight as it gets. To top it all, the service was pleasantly friendly. I would highly recommend them for anything IR35 related.

If you are looking for an independent specialist and unbiased IR35 review, then I recommend B&C. My experience (over 6 years) has always been positive where the B&C team are extremely knowledgeable (and I mean very well informed) on all matters IR35. Not afraid to tell it as it is, B&C will help provide its analysis on both contracts and working practices. Very helpful for sorting out my IR35 woes - Just ignore the fact that Google have yet to update their address. They are not closed, they have just moved to 102-104 Dunstable street from 98 Dunstable Street.

Extremely unpleasant on the phone. Kept talking over me and refused to answer my questions, telling me - when I didn't want to give them all the information, before we'd established whether they could help me or not - that they didn't want to work with me.
