In April 2024 some allegations that were levied against me. Naturally, I was worried and contemplated the eventualities ahead based on the nature of the case against me. I engaged Belgravia Solicitors based on a friend’s recommendation. I was assigned a solicitor by the name of Mr Adrees Younis who I can only describe as brilliant and competent. My case did not only need a competent legal team but humans who could also understand my anxieties as the case was complicated and emotionally draining. One individual on the legal team (Muhammad Arslan) deserve special thanks. He has patience, care and professionalism combined into him. A brilliant young man I expect to do well in the future. In March 2025, we successfully overturned the case; mainly because the legal team took time to understand my case rather than to process it through the court system. That was critical and I am grateful I was able to engage Belgravia Solicitors

Honesty, integrity, kindness and courtesy are not words often associated with defence lawyers, rightly or wrongly, Belgravia however, namely Mr Adrees, and Mr Arsalan, I could not speak higher of them if you paid me to. Every person on the wrong side of the law, feels they don't deserve to be there, feels they have an excuse, a story, nobody ever listens. These guys do, they are receptive, responsive, compassionate, and bloody good at what they do. I was facing a potential of up to 5 years, but through Belgravia actually listening to my story, presenting it to the court with compassion and understanding, I was sentenced to 1 day, because they actually care. I would recommend to any and all.

I couldn't thank Belgravia Solicitors enough for all they have done for me. I was looking at potentially 6-9 years in prison for something i have not done! Mr Arslan was assigned to my case when I was arrested. first impressions were amazing! I beleive my case was rather unique in someways. He certainly is not scared to go toe to toe with the police and CPS to defend his client! Not only did he do an outstanding job of getting all my evidence together, leaving no stone unturned! Not one! through out the whole 6 month I was being held on remand Mr Arslan was always at the other end of the phone if I needed him. Just to offer emotional support and reassurance as it was a very stressful time for me! On the day my trial was to begin, my barrister who had been working on my case throughout was not available to represent me however Mr Arslan ensured he found a suitable barrister to represent me! He was able to pick up my case ridiculously fast and ran with it! I was up against 5 charges which were all Aquitted! My innocence was proven by what felt like a land slide result! Getting a majority verdict on each charge! Mr Arslan had found alot more evidence that we could have used if needed during the trial but we didn't need to use it! But there was plenty more in case of a retrial! Since my release, Mr Arslan and Belgravia are still offering me emotional support after my case!
