These people are time wasters. Rang them for a quote and was told they were busy and would ring back. After no contact from them I called again but the conveyancing section were apparently still too busy to take my call, but I was told my request “would be escalated”. Three days later and still no contact! They are definitely one to avoid; if they can’t be bothered doing simple tasks then their overall level of “service” has to be questionable.

I have used Mike Leeman and his brilliant team for my recent house conveyancing. The whole process from start to finish was very professional, fast and I felt, as a customer I was important. The process made as easy as possible, and the on-boarding literally took less than 60 minutes from start to finish. High tech mobile phone communications, and very fast turnaround on messages. All members were great, and credit to Gemma and Lauren too. Thank you for the less stressful experience, and without a doubt, I will use them again. Highly recommended company, you just can't go wrong. Stop the search. You have find the company you want on your side. Thank you

Called for a price to be represented on driving offence court matter . Didnt get one, told id be called within 2 days. Nobody called. They just sent a daft email with no price . so i informed them . They replied, we always respond within 48 hrs then didnt. And the weeks roll by... not a word . 2 other solicitors gave prices instantly.

Recently completed using BLJ and can say they were very helpful throughout the process and helped ensure things ran smoothly. Would have been 5 stars other than the difficulty to actually speak to someone on the phone. Appreciate they are busy but they also rarely returned calls within the 48 hours that they suggest. They are however responsive on the instant chat on their app. Had Gemma and Emma as my case managers, thank you both.
