Recently completed using BLJ and can say they were very helpful throughout the process and helped ensure things ran smoothly. Would have been 5 stars other than the difficulty to actually speak to someone on the phone. Appreciate they are busy but they also rarely returned calls within the 48 hours that they suggest. They are however responsive on the instant chat on their app. Had Gemma and Emma as my case managers, thank you both.

We had David M while buying our first home. He was professional, quick to respond and always available to contact. Made the process much less stressful and kept us updated all along. Next time we buy a house, we’ll use BLJ again

As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect or what the process of buying a house would be. Everything was explained clearly and in a way I would understand. No question felt silly to ask. Communication was excellent, was easy and fast to get response whether that was through there app or by phone. Even when there was annual leave happening, my file was still being continued and overseen by others and moving forward. I would 100% recommend anyone, and I know I would not go anywhere else if I was to need there services again.

I found Bell Lamb & Joynson solicitors to be a really great firm of Solicitors to use from start to finish, doing everything they could to help and make sure it all ran smoothly from Andy Burke in the beginning to Claire Manning at the end ,replying to any questions I had ,no matter how silly they where ,with in that day. Also helping out with the liaising of information with solicitors in Scotland ,would highly recommend them ,and they will be my first port of call if ever in need of there services again, a big thank you Mark

We have completed on a property today and without the help of David we would not of got here. He was brilliant and so efficient. We wanted to get in before Christmas and he has made that happen!
