Recently completed using BLJ and can say they were very helpful throughout the process and helped ensure things ran smoothly. Would have been 5 stars other than the difficulty to actually speak to someone on the phone. Appreciate they are busy but they also rarely returned calls within the 48 hours that they suggest. They are however responsive on the instant chat on their app. Had Gemma and Emma as my case managers, thank you both.

We had David M while buying our first home. He was professional, quick to respond and always available to contact. Made the process much less stressful and kept us updated all along. Next time we buy a house, we’ll use BLJ again

Awful do not use. Disgusting service when buying a house, they just continue to ugnore you. They also sold me a house with a completely damaged roof after saying there own survey came back fine. I had to pay over £5000 for a new one

We have completed on a property today and without the help of David we would not of got here. He was brilliant and so efficient. We wanted to get in before Christmas and he has made that happen! Would highly recommend the company (especially David) to anyone needing a solicitor. He kept us up to date and dealt with everything, often working very late hours! Thank you.
