Thank you too Balaal and the team at BKP solicitors for representing me on my case I was accused of money laundering and drug trafficking. It was quite a complex case however I was confident as I had support 24/7 and they kept me updated through out my case. And Balaal’s knowledge of the law is second to none. Was told over a month ago there will be no issue getting a solicitor from this firm to appear for me as I was travelling from Glasgow to Lancaster, my court case was on a Tuesday and the last time I spoke to someone on the firm it was Friday, I was told they require specific details off me, they didn’t follow up, I contacted again on Monday and no one answered, on the Tuesday (court day) finally managed to get a hold of someone and was told “there’s nothing on the diary” and that there’s nothing that they can do, including appearing in court on my behalf despite being told over a month ago that there’s it’s no issues at all, I had already travelled to Lancaster by this point. I ended up representing myself as I had no choice. I was told by the firm on the day that they were unable to access my case, that was false as the PF and Sheriff both said that all the information they would need is online. AVOID.
