I wanted to started by expressing my thanks again for the assistance in the purchase of my property. I used Burgh Thorpe as my solicitors as a first time buyer and had consistent professional, clear and quick communication with Samantha and Yasmin. The online portal was really handy to keep track of the progress of the purchase, and all of my questions that I had during the process were answered and explained throughout the whole process. The firm was upfront about all costs before commencing any work, which was really helpful to working out costs associated with the purchase. Rebecca was absolutely excellent, she definitely went above and beyond, and was always kind and professional! She worked tirelessly the whole time and was working behind the scenes to get everything together for a very quick completion. She even managed to organise completion before the stamp duty increase in April (having only been accepted in January) which was the icing on the cake. We love our new home and a lot of that is thanks to all the hard work that Rebecca did for us! Wouldn't hesitate to be represented by Burgh Thorpe in the future.
