I was arrested and charged with Section 18 GBH and was facing a very serious situation. Aqib Ashfaq dealt with my case from the start – he kept in touch throughout, explained everything clearly, and worked hard behind the scenes. He liaised with the Prosecution and managed to get the charge reduced to a Section 20, which was a massive relief. At court, I was represented by Simon Hustler, who was brilliant. My daughter was represented by Sarah forseen by Natalie on an abduction charge, which she pleaded not guilty to, as she was NOT GUILTY. All throughout her time from arrest, police custody, to court, Natalie looked after my daughter, regular phone calls and updates from other members of staff at Charter too, they treat you like family and look at the bigger picture of the offence, offer advice, help and support.
