We've received knowledgeable support and guidance from Day One with Clarity. Our Compliance Manager supported us directly by phone, email and video calls, while the wider Clarity team provided further guidance through webinars and updates. This made the transition from Shared Responsibility to EPR reporting – and the introduction of RAM – far smoother. Furthermore, having Clarity purchase PRNs on our behalf has saved significant time and costs for our business. Overall, Clarity has streamlined and simplified an otherwise complicated reporting process, removing a burden so I can focus on my core work. Joining Clarity has even added value to our business, as we can now support our customers with their own EPR requirements.
