We can not praise Clark Boyle and company enough. From start to finish. Lyndsey was our key contact throughout. The level of communication was five star - we felt confident in all that they did - def took the stress of home buying away from us to allow us to focus on packing haha. The attention to details that they picked up - we would have missed, has ensured all is in order regarding title deeds and land which will save any issues now or in the future. No questions we had were left unanswered in fact Lyndsey’s expertise and professional knowledge asked some questions we hadn’t even thought of. If you are looking for a company that is professional, experts in their field and provide a stress free process look no further. Not that we want them to increase their fees but the values for money in terms of the services and peace of mind is exceptional. Would have no problem recommending them to family or friends. Clark Boyle & Co recently helped me get a property deal over the line and I have to say it was such a smooth process! Normally, it can difficult to get a hold of your solicitor at times but with Clark Boyle (Kristy Mcshane) she was so on the ball and whenever I had any query she responded within minutes and answered any query/nerves I had! Would highly recommend and I know I will be using them again for sure! Great service, thanks Kristy again.
