I recently sold a flat through Clarke Mairs and would unhesitatingly recommend their services, and Jasmine Mann in particular. Jasmine was brilliant. Very professional, extremely prompt in responding to any queries and she explained things with great precision and clarity. Our buyers' solicitors were problematic, repeatedly asking for the same information, whilst also giving wrong information about the structure of the chain. Yet Jasmine was tireless in responding to the seemingly endless requests whilst also applying pressure to keep the process moving. What should have been a very simple transaction became very protracted and might have collapsed all together if it hadn't been for all her efforts and diligence. Thanks again Jasmine!

Recently purchased my flat with Stephen Donohue after he was recommended by a friend. He was brilliant front start to finish. Responded quickly to all queries, picked up on an issue from the very start which meant I was able to avoid it falling through by switching mortgage brokers early in process.
