John Hind at Compass Resolution provided an extremely professional and efficient service which avoided the stress and expense of going to court. All the steps in the procedure were clearly explained with useful information also provided via the website before starting the mediation process. The meetings were undertaken in a friendly and informal local setting, in the centre of Exeter, at a convenient time. At what can be an extremely challenging time, I would highly recommend using Compass Resolution for family/financial mediation
