Catherine Ewing was my legal executive and Peter Moore was my purchase negotiator during the process of buying a flat. Highly impressed by both of them. Very good communicators, as expected and lovely to talk with. No query was too much trouble and processes were explained clearly. I found all phone calls and electronic communication with them a pleasure. The purchase was processed very quickly and efficiently in a way I could follow. Will no doubt be a return client.

We have just moved home and we cannot rate Connor Malcolm highly enough. Their customer service and professionalism puts the others to shame, simply superior in every way. Every single member of the team is warm, friendly, competent and helpful. When selling, we were kept up to date continuously throughout, even receiving emails well late into the night from David, often within minutes of messaging him. It's like he never sleeps! Rachel was absolutely top drawer too, she arranged an absolute army of viewings and was always a friendly voice to talk to throughout, her experience clear to see. Even when the house didn't appear to be selling at first, (feedback was that the rooms were too small) she was so reassuring and it really helped to keep us positive and to stay the course. When we got to the legal stage of completion and were transferred to Scott, he was so well organised and professional, frequently updating us on every bit of the process along the way. Always friendly and charming, but razor sharp and focused, definitely not like the many others we have dealt with in the past. He pays attention to every word, notes every detail and delivers on everything he tells you he will do for you. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Our sale and subsequent move went smoothly and it was such a relief not to have the additional burden of chasing up things on top of it all as we have had to be in the past! We cannot thank Connor Malcolm enough for all their help, they were amazing. Every single one of them. Please do not hesitate to give them a call should you wish to put your house on the market and/or buy your dream home!

I was a first time home owner and was quite unfamiliar with the process involved in buying a home. Connor Malcolm’s team walked me through the process with exceptional communication, reassurance, expertise and integrity. Scott and Lauren were friendly, swift and concise in completing the steps necessary in this process. Other solicitors in Edinburgh I looked at for the job made me feel unimportant, like this sort of work for them was a chore and I felt any time a question arose I really it was really bothering them. Conor Malcom‘s team were always a quick email or phone call away to clarify anything and keep the process moving. They provided transparency with the work that was being carried out and ensured deadlines were adhered to. Having just bought our new home we can’t speak highly enough of the work of Scott and the team. We felt as if they genuinely cared and were constantly keeping us up to date with the progress of our purchase. They even reminded us of a detail we had forgot to complete and no doubt saved a huge headache! Fair costs and overall a great experience.

I have just moved into my home with the help of Connor Malcolm-Scott Brown and Fiona and I can’t recommend them enough. They were amazing! Explained every detail, and no question was too much for them. The whole process was smooth because they were really responsive. I know I will choose them again in the future should I decide to move.
