We ended up using Connor Malcolm by default for the sale and purchase of our properties and we have absolutely no regrets. This was our second house move and I can honestly say that this has been the best solicitor we've had! They had excellent communication throughout the process (including when we would next hear from them and that it would be all quiet in the meantime), which is the biggest pitfall we've had with other solicitors. We knew what all the key milestones were and when they'd happen. As promised they always got in touch when they said they would and anytime we emailed or called them they picked-up straight away and never left us hanging around waiting for an answer. It really made the whole process less stressful for us, so we could focus on all of the other stuff that comes with moving house. Thanks again team!
