Unfortunately, the purchase of my first home was hampered by a number of personnel changes at Eatons which were poorly communicated and resulted in delays to my purchase. 3 months in there was minimal movement on the deal with basic steps not being completed and minimal communication from the fee earner. However Geeta saved this from a 1 star review by changing around the experience. Once she took on the file the process was as swift as it should have been in the first instance. Had she been in charge from the beginning this deal would have been completed within 2 months as opposed to the 4 it took.

I was so nervous buying my first property. All the legal language needs simplifying for me Yasser was just amazing so professional but also understanding. I highly recommend him my purchase was so smooth and stress free. I honestly can’t thank him enough.
